Job title: Web systems developer
Reporting to: Lead developer
Hours: Full time – 6 Days (48 hours per week)
Location: Main office, Post bank house, Banda Street, Nairobi.
The job shall involve the development of web systems and applications. The applicant shall be required to possess sufficient skills in the development of web systems in PHP, MySQL, and the LARAVEL framework, having previously worked as a developer and with a portfolio of previous web applications created. The applicant shall also be required to have worked with WordPress in developing themes, child themes and working with content. The applicant shall also be required to understand responsive website design using the bootstrap framework
Main responsibilities shall include
- Development of LARAVEL web systems
- Development of WordPress websites
- Development of responsive mobile websites

Academic and trade qualifications
- Diploma or degree in CS / BIT/ BBIT
- A robust portfolio on past successful projects including web systems and websites previously created by the applicant.
Work experience and skills
- Experience and skills in development of web systems using the LARAVEL framework
- Skills in working with WordPress, Creating themes , child themes, working with content and SEO
- Skills in working with the bootstrap framework and development of responsive websites.
- Experience with hosting applications and websites on the CPANEL web manager.
